"I was struggling to secure tenants for two rental properties that I own which meant that I was losing money. D’Arcy Interior Design was recommended to me by a colleague to help me make my properties more appealing. I had never heard of home staging and at first I was reluctant to make any changes as I’d had the properties for many years and never had problems attracting tenants. I also did not want to spend a lot of money on refurbishments. Eventually I realised that I needed to do something to ensure that my properties were updated to be competitive otherwise I would continue to lose money. Brigid advised & implemented some inexpensive changes which totally transformed the look of both houses. As a result of these changes, the houses were re-photographed and marketed for a higher rental value. Almost immediately we had secured tenants for both properties for an increased rental value. I was incredibly surprised and impressed."
